En el artículo 2 del decreto se establece que todos los días de la semana de 8:00 de la noche a 5:00 de la mañana se sumarán al toque de queda las provincias Espaillat, Peravia, Barahona, Monte Plata, Valverde, Hermanas Mirabal, Montecristi, y Samaná.
