No debemos olvidar limpiar en profundidad también al quitarla para eliminar todos los residuos acumulados. Utiliza jabones afines con la piel, que contengan ingredientes hipoalergénicos, que protegen la barrera lipolítica, y tengan acción calmante.
2. Hidratación. Repara la barrera natural y restablece la elasticidad de la piel con un extra de hidratación y nutrición. Intenta que tu piel esté bien hidratada antes del uso de la mascarilla.
3. Adiós al maquillaje. Su uso supondría una barrera añadida, ya que tapa el poro e impediría que la piel respirase. Su aplicación no está recomendada en tiempos de mascarillas. En su lugar, recurre a cremas protectoras con color ligeras.
4. Calma y equilibra. Aplicar con un algodón en el rosto una infusión de manzanilla es el truco casero al que siempre se ha recurrido en estos casos. Pero existen sueros que calman y alivian el enrojecimiento con gran efectividad. Además ayudan a minimizar la producción de sebo y reequilibrar las bacterias de la piel para combatir las imperfecciones, con el fin de obtener un aspecto saludable.
5. Mantén un buen estado de ánimo. El estrés y las preocupaciones causan tantos estragos en nuestra piel como la polución. Recuerda adoptar una actitud positiva y haz tuyo el mantra #todovaasalirbien.
Con estas sencillas pautas tu piel se verá preparada para resistir una jornada tras una mascarilla sin resentirse. Pero recuerda que si el problema persiste o se agrava debes visitar al dermatólogo para que establezca el tratamiento específico que necesitas.
