Una de las cosas que más nos preocupan como padres, es educar a nuestros hijos lo mejor que podamos, pero algunas veces nos vendría bien saber cuáles son los mejores consejos que les podemos ofrecer.
Esto dependerá de cada mamá o papá, y del tipo de cosas que quieren enseñar a sus hijos, pero siempre hay algunos puntos básicos y positivos que ayudarían muchísimo para el desarrollo de los pequeños.
Estos son algunos de los consejos que le puedes dar:
“No temas equivocarte”
Hazle saber que todos, absolutamente todos nos equivocamos en algún momento de la vida y no pasa nada por eso.
Somos seres humanos y los errores pueden surgir, pero lo importante es cómo tomarlos.
Del error se aprende, y cada error deja un gran aprendizaje de vida que nos hace ser mejores personas.
“Acéptate tal cuál eres”
Enséñale que tener gustos diferentes no lo hace una mala persona, al contrario, cada uno es único y valioso.
También el hecho de tener un corte de pelo diferente, color de piel diferente, estatura diferente o tener una forma de pensar diferente no lo hace ser mala o malo, sino que tiene que aceptarse tal cual es con sus defectos.
Eso ocasionará que su autoestima sea saludable y lo le afecte lo que los demás opinen de él o ella.
“Sigue tus sueños”
Desde que los niños comienzan a desarrollar gustos y aficiones que no debes limitar. Acepta lo que le gusta y hazlo sentir libre de tomar decisiones.
Apóyalo, ayúdalo a crecer y deja que explote su mente creativa. Si tiene un sueño, motívalo a conseguirlo.
“Sé agradecido”
Enséñale que agradecer lo que tiene y lo que no tiene. A veces nos olvidamos de los pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia y solemos tener los ojos cerrados ante los regalos que la vida nos dio.
El simple hecho de despertar cada día, el poder disfrutar de un domingo familiar con comida rica, el tener una casa, ropa o salir de viaje juntos, todo, absolutamente todo se debe agradecer y por supuesto que las enseñanzas que nos dejan las demás personas, más que cualquier cosa material, es lo más importante a los que tus hijos le pueden decir: gracias.
“Exprésate”
Muéstrale que expresar los sentimientos no es malo. Sea niño o niña, todos tienen derecho a decir lo que piensan, opinan y quieren.
Dile que no tenga miedo a opinar para mostrarse tal cual es. Eso lo hará seguro de sí mismo y hará que logre sus objetivos.
“Respeta a los demás”
Hazle saber que es básico e importante respetar a los demás. Tiene que tener en cuenta que todas las personas son completamente distintas y no siempre tendrá opiniones similares con las personas que le rodean.
Cuando se enfrente a opiniones contrarias, dile que deberá tomarlas con paciencia y sabiduría y no debe pelear por tener la razón, sino escuchar y simplemente respetar.
“Piensa positivo”
Una mente positiva siempre hace los días más amenos y forma a niños más felicesNo todo será perfecto, el punto clave para enfrentar este tipo de situaciones siempre será mantenerse con una actitud positiva.
“Que no te quiten la alegría ni la energía positiva”
A lo largo de su vida vivirá muchas cosas y compartirá con personas que le “chupen” la energía positiva.
Dile que este tipo de personas están ahí para aprenderles, pero que por ningún motivo puede permitir que le apaguen la felicidad.
Debe mantener la cabeza en alto ante situaciones y personas negativas y hazle saber que es saludable alejarse de ellas.
“Todos somos iguales”
Pensar en la igualdad es básico para convivir sanamente con las personas y este consejo es tan valioso que lo recordará por siempre.
Dile que, aunque existirán personas en su vida que piensen diferente, al final todos son seres humanos con culturas distintas o una educación distinta, así que aceptarlos tal cual son lo hará ser mejor persona.
